Join A Trip

MERF travels to the Eastern Cape of South Africa two times 
each year: May and October

• Each trip is led by an experienced team member who will guide the team throughout the week.
• Lodging is in clean apartment homes just outside of the community we serve.
• Each team member is responsible for the cost of travel, food and lodging.
• Approximate trip length: 10-12 days

Approximate trip cost per person: $2,600

• Airfare, international and domenstic: $1,800
• Food, catered by a local restaurant: $400
• Lodging, shared rooms: $400
• A deposit of $200 is required upon application submission (applied towards
  your trip cost)
